Eddie has hosted numerous prestige events including The Commonwealth Sports Awards, Black British Theatre Awards on Sky Arts, African Caribbean Leukaemia Trust’s annual fundraising dinner, Mayor Of London’s UNESCO International Day for Remembrance of the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade, and Macmillan Cancer’s Professionals Conference.
In response to the murder of George Floyd, Eddie created his own hugely successful podcast #NOJOKE which was watched by 1000s of people during lockdown allowing them to discuss issues close to their hearts.
Having written sketches for TV, radio & theatre since the 80’s, Eddie still hosts numerous comedy & music shows across the country, often with Robbie Gee his comedy partner who he has been carrying for over 30 years.
